Description

The Shay pattern features a maxi dress characterised by its spacious scoop neckline and a snugly tailored bodice. The skirt exhibits three tiers with gathered fabric. For both style variations, you can choose between elbow-length puff sleeves or a tank-style option. In View A, the dress is completed with an inconspicuous centre back zip, whereas View B is finished with front buttons.

Recommended Fabric

This pattern is designed for light to mid weight woven fabrics such as, viscose challis, viscose twill, viscose voile, cotton lawn, cotton voile, linen and chambray.

The bodice is lined to enhance its structure. It is advisable to use a mid to heavy weight bodice lining fabric for added support and stability.
